My story

Life has a funny way of redirecting you right when you need it most. After years of pouring myself into work and family, I found myself navigating two of the hardest chapters a woman can face — menopause and cancer. My body felt like a stranger to me, and the weight that crept on felt impossible to shake, no matter how hard I tried.

I didn't just want to get by. I wanted to feel like myself again — energized, strong, and purposeful.

So, I got determined. I committed to moving my body, fueling it right, and discovered triGLP drops — a tool that finally gave me back momentum. The weight started moving. My energy came back. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I realized something: if I found my way through this, I could help others find theirs too.

Now, with retirement giving me the gift of time, I've turned that determination into a mission. I'm here to walk beside you every step of the way.
